INDIVIDUAL

THERAPY

Individual therapy is offered for adults and teenagers ready to start their journey towards mental fitness. Clients may choose to meet weekly or biweekly, depending on their individual therapy needs and goals. 

 

Sessions are available via telehealth or in-person. In-person sessions are located at the Annex in Sterling, CO.

$150/SESSION

GROUP

THERAPY

Groups can be a powerful platform for change especially when conducted by a trained and experienced facilitator. Practice the tools that you have learned individually or connect with others who have wisdom to share.

 

Sessions are available via telehealth or in-person. In-person sessions are located at the Annex in Sterling, CO.

When it comes to speaking engagements, my goals are boiled down into 3 categories.

 

I'll be speaking on creating resilience and improving performance in the workplace. Increasing boundaries between actual life and digital life. And lastly I'll be introducing Mental Fitness and speaking about how to become mentally fit.
